Life Transitions
Navigating change with clarity and support
Life changes—like career shifts, relocations, relationship endings, or identity transitions—can leave you feeling uncertain, unmoored, or stuck. Even positive changes can bring stress, overwhelm, or self-doubt. Therapy provides a space to pause, reflect, and explore these transitions so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.
Is therapy right for you?
You might benefit from support during life transitions if you:
Feel uncertain or anxious about a major change
Struggle to adjust or find your footing after a transition
Notice patterns of self-doubt, worry, or fear resurfacing
Want guidance and space to navigate change with resilience
How we work together
In our sessions, we explore both the practical and emotional aspects of your transition. Using an IFS-informed approach, we identify the parts of you that feel anxious, protective, or hesitant, helping them feel heard and understood. This creates space for your wiser, healing parts to guide you forward.
I also draw on my Integrative training and creative methods—such as imagery, drawing, or reflection exercises—when helpful. Sessions are tailored to your pace, goals, and needs, providing support as you navigate change and move toward a sense of stability and confidence.
