Feel pulled in different directions?

Sometimes it feels like there are conflicting voices or feelings inside you—parts that protect, parts that hurt, and parts longing for connection. Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps you meet, understand, and heal these different parts in a compassionate and supportive way.

As a London-based IFS Therapist (Level 1 & 2 Trained), I’ll guide you gently to connect with your internal system. Together, we’ll explore your “parts”, those distinct aspects of your personality that carry emotions, memories, and beliefs, and help them find balance and harmony. This approach supports lasting healing, self-awareness, and inner peace.

What is IFS?

IFS is a compassionate model of therapy that recognises the complexity of the mind by working with its different “parts.” Each part has a role, often shaped by past experiences, especially those that were painful or confusing. By listening to these parts without judgment, you create space for healing and transformation.

How IFS Can Support You:

  • Foster a deeper understanding of your inner world

  • Heal protective parts that may be causing distress

  • Strengthen your core Self, which leads with clarity and calm

  • Create lasting change through self-compassion and insight

IFS THERAPY:

What you can expect from our therapy sessions.

In our sessions, we’ll explore your inner world with openness and curiosity. Internal Family Systems therapy helps you get to know the different parts of yourself—such as your inner critic, anxious side, or other protective aspects—without judgment. Instead of trying to fix or eliminate these parts, we focus on understanding what each part is trying to do for you.

I’ll support you in connecting with your ‘Self,’ the part of you that can step back, stay calm, and respond with kindness and clarity. This inner centre helps you listen to your various parts and understand their positive intentions and protective roles.

We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable to you, uncovering insights and easing inner conflicts. Through this gentle process, you’ll learn to appreciate and work with each part of yourself. Over time, this can lead to greater balance, harmony, and healing.
