Welcome to therapy beyond words.

Sometimes, words can only take us so far. Creative approaches like imagery, drawing, dreamwork, and symbolism can offer another way in, especially when it’s hard to articulate what you’re feeling. These methods help you connect with your inner world in a more intuitive, embodied way, making space for deeper healing and insight.

Integrative therapy tailored to you

While Internal Family Systems (IFS) is at the heart of my practice, I also draw from Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Transpersonal traditions. This integrative style means we can adapt our work to suit you, exploring your experiences from different angles to find what resonates and supports your healing.

Expressing what words sometimes can’t

Some feelings live beneath language. When words don’t quite fit, tools like drawing or symbolic objects (such as stones or marbles) can offer a bridge to those harder-to-reach parts of you.

Dreams, metaphors, and symbolic images can shine a light on what feels stuck and confusing, They often bring compassion and clarity to the places that need it most, and help you see your challenges in a new way.

Creating as a way to heal

Whether through writing, image-making, or movement, creative expression helps build resilience. Making something (anything!) can offer a sense of momentum, agency, and even hope—especially during times of stress or overwhelm.
